Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on delivery location, package weight, and shipping method selected. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
Chronos Kicks ships orders exclusively via UPS and USPS. Carrier selection is at the discretion of Chronos Kicks, and we reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each order.
Single shoe orders typically ship via UPS Ground (3–5 business days).
Due to carrier restrictions:

PO Box addresses are not accepted for orders containing three (3) or more shoes.

Customers must select a non–PO Box address when ordering multiple shoes.
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, as well as orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the next business day.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Processing times:

Shoes (In-Stock): 5–7 business days

Pre-Order Shoes: Shipped on or after the release date listed in the product description, typically the following week after release
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping speed selected at checkout does not affect processing time.
Pre-Order Items
All pre-order shoes are shipped after the official release date as stated in the product description. Delays caused by manufacturers or shipping carriers are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
All orders are shipped to the exact shipping address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Chronos Kicks is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages lost due to address errors provided by the customer
If an order is lost due to an incorrect address, no replacement or refund will be issued.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for paying the full reshipping cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Chronos Kicks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact UPS or USPS directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, the customer has 14 days from the return date to reclaim the item. After 14 days, the item may be placed back on the market, with no refund issued.
Pick-Up Policy
Customers selecting local pickup must pick up their order within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving pickup notification. Pickup times will be sent via email or text to the contact information provided on the order.

Order confirmation is required at pickup.

The name on the order must match the person picking up.
If someone else will be picking up your order, Chronos Kicks must be notified in advance, and the authorized person must present the order confirmation at pickup.
If an order is not picked up within the 3-day window, the item(s) will be returned to inventory and may be sold. A 15% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover restocking and handling.
If additional time is needed, customers must text 251-930-2434 before the pickup deadline to make alternate arrangements.
Chronos Kicks reserves the right to release unclaimed pickup orders after the pickup period expires.
